Is it meat? Is it veggie? Oskar kept us guessing throughout the entire culinary adventure that we called "dinner"! With each dish, my friend and I were delightfully surprised. I had let Oskar know ahead of time that my friend was vegetarian and he turned the "dietary restriction" into an innovative journey of creativity, which included veggie meatballs, veggie hot dogs, and molecular mojitos (the mojitos did not require any vegetarian transformation but the molecular form certainly messed with us in the best way possible :)) Muchas gracias, Oskar! We loved it all (not to mention the amazing view over Victoria Harbour!)

Food with an innovative spin. As I am a vegetarian, the Chef made us meatballs from eggplants and hot dog from slow-cooked carrot! Lovely food, view and a great night.
