It gets five stars for being just what it is; a simple pizza place located within a busy weekend night market. For what it aspires to be, it accomplishes effortlessly. I got a ham & mushroom pie and added pepperoni. I paid and was given a number. He told me it would be about ten minutes. They were doing brisk business on a Sunday. The pizza was ready in just under ten minutes. There was a shaker of oregano and a bottle of red wine vinegar and a bottle of olive oil. I got a little, plastic saucer of olive oil in which to dip the crust. The dough for the crust was chewy and flavorful. It was not bland like the majority of places. The sauce was great and the ingredients were too. It was just a basic pizza that was done beautifully. Is it the best pizza in the area? No. But is it a really good pizza? Indeed. I walked away fatly full and happy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
