I am starting in Mueng Nonthaburi and came to Bangkok to buy some shirts. I walked by Chef Thanom in the Fashion Mall and saw pizza. I love pizza and have not had any for months. Thing is in SE Asia I am usually disappointed in the pizza but decided to try anyway. The thin crust spinach and mushroom is a delicious even when compared to a high quality thin crust in the United States. I also tasted the cream brûlée and it is also perfectly done from my point of reference. If you are desiring a western style pizza or cream brûlée I highly recommend stopping in at Chef Thanom. The crust of the thin crust pizza is perfectly crisp and flaky. The fired top of the cream brûlée is perfectly fired. I hear they have seven locations in Bangkok. The service is great, very eager to please and not over bearing. I also had the lemon juice which came with mint leaves and a thinly sliced lime. It was a good blend of fresh, sweet and tart. I am leave very full and satisfied. I look forward to returning to Chef Thanom. I did taste the soft crust pizza also which was decent. I ate the entire thin crust before realizing I wanted a picture ;). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿400–600
