SG breakfast choice. Silky&delicious cheong fun! 朝食で朝９時に訪問。 既にたくさんオーダーが入っていたタイミングだったようで、お店のマダムから、20分待ちとなることを事前に丁寧に教えていただき、それでもここのcheong funを食べて見たくて注文！ 支払後、レシートに番号が記載されてるので、自分の番号が掲示板に表示されるまで待ちます。 注文した料理を受け取り、いただきます~~ Cheong Funはbeef cheong fun を注文。 シンプルな料理ですが、cheong fun の食感がとても滑らかsilky! Fillingのbeefも変に雑味なく、素朴な味わい。 ソースは甘みのあるさっぱり味！. Silkyだと感じたcheong fun はここが初めてだ。 シンプルながら無駄の無い味&食感を楽しませていただきました。 美味しかった~ 次はprawn cheong fun 食べたいな。. Cheong Fun に加えLo Mai Gai (香港スタイルのもち米鶏飯)とsteamed pork ribbon with black bean sauceもいただきました。. Lo mai gaiはもっちり&鶏肉に椎茸も含まれててお米にいい味出てます。 ポークリブも食べやすいサイズで、これがもし夕飯に出てきたら、酒のつまみに最高ですね！ とても満足させていただきました。 ごちそうさまでした。. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Chef Wei HK Cheong Fun at Holland Drive has become my usual spot for Sunday breakfast. This stall consistently delivers an authentic, satisfying taste of Hong Kong right near my place. The star of the show is, of course, their freshly made Cheong Fun. It's prepared on the spot, with silky-smooth texture. There are several flavors available, and I can honestly recommend them all. Char Siew, prawn, mushroom, or plain. The freshness truly makes a difference — soft, warm, and never gummy. I also like their steamed Pork Ribs. The portion is modest, but it's tender, juicy, and marinated just right. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly take pride in what they do. Service is quick and efficient, yet never rushed — even during the busy morning crowd. It is an affordable meal experience suitable for families.
