Underwhelming experience. Was expecting light and fluffy cheesecake because it's supposed to be soufflé cheesecake. Got something between a dense New York cheesecake and a Japanese style fluffy cheesecake, skewed far towards the dense side. In other words, just a regular cheesecake baked in a 2 inch tin. Call it a regular cheesecake and it might deserve 3 stars because it's... ok? Could use a pinch of salt in my opinion. Baffles me why over a thousand people give it 5 star. Look at the photo. Doesn't look fluffy, does it? This is an obvious over-marketing for a run-of-the-mill cheesecake. For reference, the regular cheesecake in Costco has a similar texture. Fantastic packaging. No seating even though they do sell drinks. Very long walk from the train station, in some back alley. Not worth the track.
