Tasty boat noodle. Original was the best. Tom Yum unique taste. Careful with motorcycle parking as the street follows an odd/even day rhythm on which side you are allowed to park.

During my trip to Hatyai, I visited Cheng Long Noodles and had a very pleasant dining experience. If you are looking for a simple, satisfying meal in Hatyai, this is a good place to try. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the meal enjoyable right from the start. They were quick to take the order and serve the food, and their warm attitude gave the restaurant a welcoming vibe. The environment is considered quite comfortable. It’s not a fancy place, but it is clean and organized, with enough seating to accommodate a steady flow of customers. Even though it gets busy during meal hours, it didn’t feel too cramped, which made dining here relaxing. Price-wise, Cheng Long Noodles is reasonable and offers good value for money. The portions match the pricing perfectly, so you can enjoy a full meal without feeling like you overpaid or over-ordered. The food itself was quite good. I ordered their noodles, which were flavorful and cooked to the right texture. The soup base was tasty and comforting. What’s nice is that they also operate a few stalls under the same management, so you can order from different sections — for example, we were able to have both noodles and stewed pork leg at the same time. The stewed pork leg was tender and nicely seasoned, making it a great complement to the noodles. Overall, Cheng Long Noodles is a solid choice for a casual meal in Hatyai. The combination of friendly service, comfortable setting, fair pricing, and tasty dishes makes it a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and satisfying local dining experience.
