I visited your restaurant on 21 June 2026 and was disappointed by the service standards. Staff appeared more occupied with personal phone calls and non-work activities while customers were left waiting for their orders. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism reflected poorly on the overall dining experience. It was also concerning to see food handlers attending to food preparation in shorts and slippers, without proper food-handling attire. Customers pay for both food and service, and reasonably expect basic professionalism, hygiene, and courtesy. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide the necessary training and supervision to improve service standards. Customers come to enjoy a meal, not to feel as though they are inconveniencing the staff. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Prata or Thosai, with a serving of Mutton and 2 Half Boiled eggs.. these are my regular orders in this restaurant. If you fancy Biryani, do come early before lunch time in order not to go away disappointed. Your phone network will almost fail you inside the restaurant so you if like to stay connected with the rest of the world, grab one of the 2 tables outside and you will be fine.
