Unacceptable customer service. A staff member did not speak the local language and made no effort to assist, instead walking away when asked a simple question. Language barriers are not an excuse, staff should find ways to communicate or seek help from colleagues. We were also told there was no drinks menu and that we had to go to the bar to order anything other than beer. This was later contradicted by the front desk, who confirmed that a drinks menu did exist. I brought my whole family here for an anniversary dinner and did not expect such poor service to end the night. Very disappointing. Will not be back.
