Great ice cream, disappointing service today I really enjoy the variety of ice cream flavors here, and the menu is easy to navigate when ordering. However, the service today left a lot to be desired. We were a group of 8, and one of our orders—just a simple strawberry ice cream—was missed. Despite reminding the staff 3–4 times, we were told it was on its way. Yet we saw the same item being served to new customers who arrived after us. In the end, one of us, waited over 40 minutes for a single scoop. It’s a shame, because the product is great. But the experience today was frustrating and made us feel overlooked.
