The atmosphere of the place is great, and the side dishes are very clean and well-prepared. The food is so neat and balanced that it’s even suitable for people on a diet. I was craving shime-saba, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available today, which was a bit disappointing. Instead, I had the sea urchin sashimi salad — the umami of the sea urchin and the sashimi blended perfectly. I also had the pollock roe rolled omelet, which was light and not greasy, with a pleasant saltiness from the roe.
