My experience was really disappointing. The chicken tasted and smelled old, clearly not fresh at all. The texture inside was strange and unpleasant, and it didn’t feel properly cooked. Even the French fries were cold, soggy, and tasteless, like they had been fried more than once. Honestly, I expected much better quality from a well known place like Chester’s, but this visit was a big letdown. I definitely won’t be coming back.
