前から気になっていたのですが、本日お伺いしました。テイクアウトで利用しました。最初、意志が通じなかったのですが、お店の人が辛抱強く聞いてくださりました。メニューが綺麗な写真がついているので、指差しで注文と相成りました。お料理は豪快に赤唐辛子が使っていて当然辛かったのですが、大変おいしかったです。次回は赤唐辛子を控え目にしていただこうと思いました。地元ハッピーバレーは、何でも物価が高いと諦めムードだったのですが、ここはリーズナブルな価格設定で量も多く大満足です。言葉の問題と、市場内で外国人が入りにくい感じがあって最近まで、利用しなかったのが悔やまれます。良いお店です。

Each piece carries a delicate balance of smokiness and natural sweetness that shows real mastery of traditional roasting techniques. Equally impressive is the suckling pig, presented with a sesame like crackling skin and succulent, flavorful meat that’s neither greasy nor dry underneath. Beyond the signature roasts, the menu offers a wide selection of classic Chinese dishes executed with equal care—fresh seafood, vibrant stir-fries, and comforting clay pot specialties. The ingredients taste fresh, the seasoning is well judged, and the presentation is elegant without being pretentious. Service is attentive and efficient, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between lively and comfortable, making it suitable for family dinners or celebratory gatherings.
