祇園のメインストリート、花見小路に位置するお好み焼き専門店。二階建ての店内は一階がライブ感わ楽しめるカウンター、2階は鉄板を備えたテーブル席で構成されたシンプルモダンなインテリアで設えた寛ぎ空間。千房京都祇園店は鉄板メニューも豊富！海鮮や和牛ステーキ！神戸牛まで！贅沢なランチやディナーにも重宝します。今回はお好み焼きや焼きそばを数種類チョイス。卓上には鰹節やマヨネーズ、青のりがありカスタムアイテムも充実してあおり、味に変化球を好みでプラスできます。国産牛ステーキはスタッフさんにより丁寧に火入れされ、ステーキソース、塩、わさびであじの変化を楽しめます。千房サラダは 2～3名様サイズの具沢山サラダで千房特製ドレッシングはさっぱり爽やかなテイスト。ねぎかけ塩焼そばは豚バラ・イカ・ニラ・素干し小エビを特製の塩だれであっさりと仕上げた塩味の焼そばにシャキシャキねぎをトッピングした癖になる味わい。オムソバは食感の良い中太麺を使い、豚肉と野菜を加えて千房特製ソースを絡めて焼き上げた焼そばをふんわり焼き上げた焼き立ての卵で包み込んだ一品です。道頓堀焼は千房で一番人気のお好み焼。具沢山で道頓堀界隈の賑わいをイメージしたハイカラな一品。中は豚バラ・イカ・小エビ・牛すじコンニャク・チーズ入りの大盛サイズでボリュームも満点。そして希望があれば、スタッフさんが千房といえばのマヨビームを披露してくださいますのでこちらも要チェックです。おしなはテイクアウトもでき、フレンドリーなスタッフさんと美人女将のホスピタリティ精神宿るおもてなしも魅力の一つ。祇園エリアで一押しのお好み焼き鉄板焼きダイニングでした。. Full Review: Our dining experience at Chibo Okonomiyaki (千房京都祇園店) in Gion, Kyoto, was nothing short of extraordinary. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the sight of two elderly Japanese patrons enjoying their dinner, a promising sign of the quality and authenticity that awaited us. The staff at Chibo were wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed. They were incredibly courteous, offering us blankets to keep warm against the AC chill and attending to our every need with a genuine smile. Their attentiveness and warmth truly set the stage for a memorable evening. Choosing to sit right at the counter was a fantastic decision. Watching the chefs work their magic was both relaxing and mesmerizing. Their skill and precision in cooking were evident, yet they did not show the hectic and loud cooking/managing style of many places in Osaka. It was a delightful experience to see them prepare each dish with such care and entertainment in itself. Throughout the evening, every dish we saw being prepared looked and smelled absolutely delicious. The aromas were tantalizing, and we quickly decided that we must return on our last day in Kyoto to try more of their offerings. The food we did order was outstanding.
