Visited at 3pm on a Friday, about 10 pax in queue but was seated in 5mins. Good queue management, they write your name and group size on a card and place it on a vacated table, so your seats are secured without hassle while you order at the counter/kiosk. I tried the deluxe sandwich - it was great. Patty was hearty and juicy without being too oily, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and firm, cheese pull was a nice surprise; buns were a little on the soft side. Waffle fries were nice too. Tried 4 sauces: I liked the sriracha, chick-fil-a and spicy chilli ones, but didn't fancy the ranch as much. The staff were very polite and upbeat, atmosphere wasn't noisy despite being full house. It was a lovely visit, really different vibe for a fast food place. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

wah short q on saturday at 4pm! obviously i had to seize the opportunity chicken patty was rly juicy and tender and made of clean white chicken breast! all of the taste with less of the guilt i hope! waffle fries were a miss for me tho - not crispy and not seasoned enough. maybe this is to let their sauces shine more diet lemonade was still rly sweet to me (but free refills!!) i let the kind and helpful server choose which 3 sauces for my meal, and he recommended the signature chick fil A sauce, spicy chilli and honey mustard. i really liked the former 2, but i think u can skip the honey mustard. the signature sauce tastes like a bbq / ranch / thousand island sauce - smoky and creamy. the spicy chilli was surprisingly potent for a western chilli sauce. the honey mustard was fine but it tastes like normal honey mustard lol which i'm ordinarily not a fan of (don't like sweet sauces) anyway i thought the sauces complemented both the chikin sandwich as well as the fries well i really liked the service tho 10/10. warm smiles and friendly attitude altho they must be so tired from dealing with the snaking queues everyday 12.80 for the combo - inclusive $1 top up for lemonade Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

To whom this message may concern, I had a terrific dining experience at Chick-Fil-A Bugis+. The service staff, Aizat, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on helping me choose a burger that tingled my taste buds. It was juicy and flavourful, no regrets! To more outlets being opened in the future. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
