We came by on 27th September for a birthday dinner and would like to extend our biggest thank you to the Chikata team! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Our soup never even had the chance to dry up before your staff came by to refill it The service was genuinely so thoughtful and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The vibes, ambience and atmosphere were really lovely too. The food was amazing, well-marinated and looked clean, fresh and appetising. The birthday board, the music, and especially the staff coming over to sing the birthday song with us made the celebration so memorable! Thank you for such a pleasant and enjoyable evening. We had a really great time and will definitely recommend you guys, especially as such a lovely family-friendly space! Chickata Café at Vision Exchange used to be one of our favourite hangout spots, loved for its food and atmosphere. Our recent visit to the Bedok outlet did not disappoint either — it was my first time at this location since their move, and my family's first visit to Chickata altogether. The food quality hasn't dropped one bit, the environment was amazing, and the service was simply outstanding. What more could we ask for? It was a perfect evening with the family, and I have no regrets recommending Chickata. Food:. We opted for the buffet, which offered a great variety of dishes, all of which tasted wonderful. My young nephew ordered the meatball spaghetti and gave it two thumbs up! Environment:. A lovely, cosy space that's perfect for hanging out over a good meal. Service:. All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming — every single one of them attentive, patient, and genuinely sincere in their service. A special mention goes to Ms Kalai, who assisted us with our order. She was friendly, sweet-natured, and knowledgeable, answering all our questions patiently and offering helpful suggestions whenever we were unsure. Overall, everything was wonderful. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking
