Ordered the hainanese chicken set, and aside from the meat being tiny, the chicken also came out cold, almost like it was plucked from the fridge and plopped onto the bed of rice to just warm off. Probably due to the temperature, it tasted like rubber. The included soup was likewise flavorless and tasted oily / fatty with no seasoning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I normally order from the aberdeen branch. I ordered from this one and got severe food poisoning for the first time in my life. Tbh, I felt nauseous and couldnt finish the food, and the next day I got extremely sick. Be cautious

I recently had the misfortune of entering Chicken Factory, and it was a truly dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of customer service and consistency. The counter service staff at Chicken Factory was not only impatient but also incredibly rude. They bombarded me with questions, only to turn around and walk away when I tried to respond. It was as if they had no interest in assisting or engaging with customers. To make matters worse, I witnessed staff members raising their voices at other customers, creating a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. Now let's talk about the mess that passes for a menu. The inconsistency of the dishes was astounding. The counter mislabeled things that were currently in stock. Each item seemed to be a chaotic experiment in flavors and presentation. It's as if the kitchen staff had no idea what they were doing or didn't care about delivering a quality dining experience. The lack of attention to detail and overall execution was truly disappointing. Based on my visit, I strongly urge anyone considering dining at Chicken Factory to think twice. The disrespectful staff, coupled with the inconsistent and lackluster menu, make this establishment one to avoid. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for a pleasant dining experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
