What is your last order time? Please tell me. If you said 9:30pm close 9:00pm last call I can accept this, but I come on 8:30pm you told me close alrdy. Public holiday you told us early close, ok we accept no PH also early close ? We come far away then you told me close alrdy on 8:30pm , then you operating time just put until 8pm is Fine , Thank you. The team lead fronting the store counter - Rebekah was brusque and impatient, sporting a black face as if the customer owed her money. Not sure how a wait staff like her is the team lead when there were several other friendlier staff in the outlet. Food was okay, we knew what to expect as we have been to an outlet at Nex several times, but the Nex outlet has since closed down. Chicken hotpot was tasty but I do prefer the ones over at Qi Xiang or Qi Wei in the Kovan area. Spicy Shrimp pot had prawns of a satisfactory freshness and of a decent size but I still don't understand the appeal of fries in the soup as it doesn't go well with the dish and goes soggy very quickly, would rather have vegetables instead. Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
