Amazing food on one of the most beautiful places in the planet. The owner is very kind, knowledgeable, and insightful. I've had some great conversations with her. The chicken is, as one would expect, super delicious. They take time and care to prepare everything perfectly. Everything is freshly prepared from scratch. The french fries that come with the chicken are outrageously delicious. You also get a carrot/veggie salad with your order. I haven't tasted everything yet, but I will keep going back, as much for the hospitality as for the food. Also, there are two very sweet dogs who are part of the Chicken Republic family. This is one of my favorite places on the island. We had (and still have) the best time with lucky here Absolutely love the food too! (Garlic chicken is my favorite and the fries are great) And what an honor it was to paint stoned Chicken Joe on your wall dear Lucky!! You're the coolest! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
