The dinner was very disappointing in terms of vegan sets and the service from the staff. What I don't understand was their preservation of the old presendent's house -he was a dictator. The room is big and not bad. Thanks God they have transportation services and a trail to the forest. Service: 2

Scenery is perfect and wildlife is everywhere, but hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Furniture is outdated and cheap quality. There are 3 chairs in my room and none of them match. Breakfast is decent. Lots of potential considering it's size and scenic beauty, but needs either better management, more financing, or both. Honestly, I want to see places like this thrive, not fall into decline, but it really needs someone with a vision and the capital to do it. The ceiling in the entrance to the rooms in falling down. Looks like a slum, not a hotel or resort. I would be embarrassed to let my customers see this... I'm afraid if they don't do something fast it's not going to make it. Service: 2
