Absolutely amazing,right on the beach with pool and loungers,the breakfast is just perfect with a great choice.the staff are wonderful and helpful.our room was superb large and clean.no complaints from us Service: 5

We are a backpacking couple, So we had a room here - a private double it was clean a great location and the staff were so good and helpful, it’s a 2 minute walk from the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops, they booked the pig island snorkelling tour for us too, would 100% stay here again! There was even a large inconvenience in the building and they relocated everyone for one night to another hotel, and provided transfers for everyone to and from wherever they needed to go, it was swift, efficient and done very well, great customer service and very lovely stay! Will be staying again rhe next time we’re in LaMai! Service: 5

We stayed at Chill Inn Hub in Koh Samui for five days and had a nice, comfortable stay. The hotel offers motorbike rentals right on site, which was super convenient, and the bikes were in good condition. You can also rent snorkeling equipment directly from the reception area. The rooms are cleaned daily, which we really appreciated, and there’s a restaurant just across the street with good food options. If you’re not in the mood for the beach, there’s also a swimming pool to relax and cool off. The only downside was the included breakfast—it’s quite basic. It’ll keep you from starting the day hungry, but don’t expect anything fancy. Just black tea, instant coffee, orange juice, water, some fruit, bread with jam and butter, and a few cereals. If you want eggs or anything more, you’ll need to order and pay separately. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay with everything you need nearby. Would recommend! Service: 5
