We have been in Koh Samui for 2 weeks travelling around and a cooking school with Nancy was certainly a huge highlight. We had a fantastic tour of her organic garden where she showed us around and picked some produce for the class. Nancy showed us how to cook a delicious massaman curry, papaya salad, Pad thai and banana in coconut milk. It was definitely a 10/10 experience and we are excited to cook the dishes when we return home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Thai cooking class at Mr. Dee Chilling Hill Bar with Chef Nancy was fantastic. Six of us learned how to prepare authentic Thai food, and the best part was that we got to taste our own creations right away. A highly recommended experience in a great atmosphere with truly lovely hosts. Thanks again to Dee, Nancy, and the amazing team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
