We had a wonderful time here. The views from the top floor are absolutely beautiful and definitely a highlight. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxed 2–3 hours. If you are looking for the best rooftop experience in the area, I highly recommend visiting this place. Great for couples and anyone wanting to enjoy a nice atmosphere. This special rooftop bar has reasonable prices. It is also very welcoming, inclusive, and fun. Despite my Thai language deficit, they were very patient with me. They even welcome the local dogs (who are super tame and nice, BTW). The women who run it are so beautiful and kind (everyone who goes there seems to think the same; Sandy and Apple are their names). I have only love in my heart for them. They did so many considerate and kind things for me. Including, but not limited to making sure my food was vegetarian (no grease, fish oil, or oyster sauce). So, they have food available for everyone's particular diet. Plus, they are open to making accommodations. Every night that I went there. Many diverse groups of all varieties were eating huge meals. They all seemed to truly enjoy their food. This place is more a family atmosphere. The owners lookout for their customer's well-being. Everyone I met there was extremely kind and thoughtful. Including the other Farangs. Very generous too. I apologize for my eccentric and introverted nature (I did not intend to be rude). Despite my private tendencies, I really enjoyed talking to everyone. Even if I seemed standoffish. It came to my attention. That some Russian folks gave Chilling Bar 10 out of 3 Michelin stars (in their review). Being an American, and so biased in favor of Apple and Sandy. I feel compelled to give the Chilling Bar (a sporting and friendly): 12 out of 3 Michelin stars! Go there. Bring your friends. Smoke out (that's an order). Drink (also an order). Eat (yes, I am demanding. To prove it: this is yet another order!). HAVE SOME FUN, or else.... Life is short (yet another Truth (with a capital T)). NOTE: When you tip, use the designated tip box at the bar. Blessings on Sandy and Apple.
