創作タイ料理レストラン。コース料理で予約を入れておけば、凝った料理がフレンチのように一品一品でてきて、店員さんから料理の紹介を受けられる。どれも美味しいし、辛すぎる料理は後半に配置されていて他の料理の味を邪魔しないように配慮されてる風。平日の夜だったのであまり混んでおらず、満喫できました。高級で接待向き。

平日の昼間に行きました。人気店ですが、この時間帯ならゆっくり過ごせました。途中で辛すぎて食べきれないトムヤムスープが出ましたが、それ以外はどれもおいしかったです。パクチーが苦手な私ですが、パクチーの風味がそれほど強くなく、パクチー抜きをお願いしなくても食べることができました。店員さんもカタコトの英語で対応してくれたので、タイ語が分からなくても充分楽しむことができます。

I had an amazing experience at Chim by Siam Wisdom! Jiji and Mike were absolutely professional and went above and beyond to explain the menu, culture, and history of the restaurant in such a detailed and caring way. Their attention to detail truly enhanced our visit. It was my auntie's birthday, and the service made the occasion even more special. The team made us feel right at home with their warm and attentive care. Everything from the food to the ambiance was perfect!
