母子で訪れた時に差別的扱いを受けることがあるが、ここのお店は正にそういう店である。 パンチャンはキムチ１皿のみ。 ユッケを頼んだが、以前食べた物と違って、胡麻油はかけられておらず、火の通った茶色い部分も混じっていて、パサパサしていた。 私たちの食事中、店員が真正面でジロジロ見てくるので居心地が悪かった。 割引き対象になるカードを提示しても、一切割引きされなかった。 そのレシートを私に渡した時、その店員はニヤニヤしていた。 言葉が不自由な外国人を馬鹿にするような態度だった。 食事をしてこんなに不快な思いをしたことはない。 それぞれの品も安くはない。サービス料、VATは別に請求される。それに見合わない店である。. The staff were incredibly attentive, they carefully grilled the pork right in front of us, making sure every piece was cooked just right. What really impressed me was that after grilling, they placed the meat on a hot stone to keep it warm. That meant we could take our time eating without worrying about the food getting cold – perfect for a relaxed family meal. The beef bone soup was absolutely delicious – rich, comforting, and full of deep flavour. It paired perfectly with the seaweed rice and the fresh vegetables and side dishes. Even our child enjoyed the meal very much and ate happily. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with thoughtful service, great food, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended! Around it, banchan turns the table into dials: marinated leaves, kimchi, pickles, sesame-dressed greens and salted pollack roe for nudging each bite louder or softer. History keeps sneaking in - haemul pajeon echoing royal pancakes and coastal Busan styles, cheese hotteok carrying a Qing-Chinese street ancestry - but it all ends up in the same place: over soju, on shared plates.
