The owner and bartender of Chio is a true master of his craft. Not only does he keep a respectable selection of liquors at the ready, he also infuses his own custom concoctions with flavors such as pandan, black sesame, and shiitake. Furthermore, he has cultivated a real sense of closeness, comfort, intimacy, and “hygge” inside Chio. I wish I had more time in Changwon, because I would keep coming back here.
