Unspectacular pho. The soup was on the bland side, and the tripe had a more gamey than usual taste. The brisket and thin sliced beef were fine. Beef balls were also fine. I was slightly put off by a waitress who dropped a receipt. Instead of picking it up, She used her foot to slide the receipt over to her, then picked it up and put it on a customer's table. Yuck... They accept only cash or Octopus card. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Got the grill ribeye sandwich, expected it too be decent even good, but it turned out to be underwhelming. Bun was dry and chewy, veggies dry and bland. Not enough sauce. The beef was far from juicy and tender, also not enough seasoning. Don’t know how they managed to make it so lacklustre, would not recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The decor is nice but the food is terrible and the staff are super dozy and disorganized. I had the premium pho which comes in a massive bowl which is all show because the volume of food inside it would fit in a regular bowl. The pho broth has no beefiness to it at all. It tasted like hot water with some salt. The beef balls were not authentic to Vietnam or even Thailand. They're the same kind as you'd get in a Hong Kong noodle shop which tastes distinctly different. The thinly sliced beef is hotpot fatty beef. This was a huge disappointment and certainly not worth $98. Additionally after I finished my bowl of pho, a staff member came to take my bowl and told me to leave because there was a queue outside, but I hadn't even finished my drink. So when I did finish my drink and got up to leave, another staff member told me to go and pay on the other side, rushing me to vacate the table even though she was standing in front of the chair that I had put my backpack on, thus blocking me from retrieving it so I could go to pay and then leave. Overall a hugely disappointing experience, and a disgrace to Vietnamese cuisine. Never coming here again, and you should never visit either.
