One of the highlights is that they prepare everything fresh right in front of you. Some items are even torched on the spot, which adds a nice visual experience before you take your first bite. I tried the tuna hand roll, and the fish was incredibly fresh—beautiful color, glossy texture, and no fishy smell at all. The sushi rice was perfectly seasoned, not overly sour, and well balanced. The seaweed was super crispy, which is essential for hand rolls. When you bite into it, you actually hear that crunch—no soggy texture at all. The toppings added a nice layer of flavor without being overpowering. Everything felt balanced—rich but not greasy, flavorful but not too salty.
