I called the shop several times at 8pm to check on cake before ordering, but no one answered. I still went ahead and placed a whole cake order on Grab at 8:20pm. Even after more than an hour, at 9:20pm, it was still showing “restaurant preparing,” and Grab couldn’t reach the shop either. It feels like the staff may have refused to process the order. I know they are closed at 9pm based on Google, but seems the staff goes home at even before 8pm. Anyway I also experienced times when they are often not at the outlet this ongoing issue will be the downfall of this company. Good luck boss.

For a change I bought their pistachios cake for Christmas dinner . We all loved it! Their chocolate lava cake is delicious too. Highly recommended.

The staff is always on the phone, and they don’t even acknowledge customers when we stand right in front of the store. Either that or they are always away on toilet break. I’ve missed the opportunity to buy at least 4-5 times because of this.
