We went there for lunch 3 days in a row. Super delicious, thick lassi smoothies and so tasty mango sticky rice. We also ate Pad Thai, fried rice with shrimp, pineapple fried rice with cashew nuts, onion rings, burger, french fries. Everything was perfect. Great view and such calm atmosphere. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400

Cute place on the beach, very friendly and they even bring mosquito candles and spray. Food is delicious and big potions. Love the mango sticky rice here!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are in Koh Ngai after a 7 year absence and we really hoped Chomview restaurant would still be open. Thankfully Jog and Nong are still running this gem of a restaurant. The food is still prepared by Nong with love you can almost taste, everything is fresh and cooked just right. The fried fish with green curry sauce is amazing and so is her tom yum goong! Jog welcomes everyone with a big smile and no request is too much for him. The prices are very reasonable for the island and the portions and quality of the food excellent! When they ran out of banana fritters last night, the other lady in the kitchen, Maa, offered to make pinapple fritters instead. Delicious! They should definitely be on the menu. We are eating breakfast, lunch and dinner here, planning to try everything on the menu. So far, fried fish with green curry sauce, red curry sauce and tamarind sauce, squid and chicken with garlic and black pepper sauce, tom yum goong, pad thai with tofu, chicken satay, stir fried glass noodles with shrimp, som tum, spicy glass noodle salad with shrimp and rice topped with stir fried basil shrimp have not disappointed! Nong makes the most delicious stir fried vegetables we've ever tasted! Did I mention their espresso? Best on the island! Jog sources the coffee from a small farm in the north of Thailand and that's a winner for us! So, if you are on Koh Ngai do yourself a favour and come eat here!
