The Char Siew has a taste that reminds me of my childhood days, u have 2 chew it slowly as it melts in yr mouth with d slightest effort. This is what Char Siew is supposed to taste like. The roast meat is equally heavenly, it will make u thanks the animal who has to sacrifice itself to make its way to our tummy. Some people eat 2 live if u also live 2 eat Choon Kee is d place 2 be.
