It's no longer there, we cannot find it. It says temporarily closed too on google maps. Maybe it will open in the future we have no idea. Just info so you don't spend time coming to the mall like me

Chor ma Lee Bistro Restaurant is situated on level 4 of Terminal 21. A reddish colour open restaurant, just near to MK suki restaurant. Known for its stew beef leg and roast beef. Which really lives up to its name! Well cooked and taste is incredible. The spicey soup with braised beef is also top notched here. Fair pricing and most importantly its halal certified. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿500–600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Stewed Beef Leg
