Great service. Staff was v nice to double tie the bag as he was worried I might spill it from carrying many things. No hard sell. $5.80 for this but member $4.80. Taste is alright, there’s better out there. Can’t really taste any fermentation. Their orchard outlet has stronger fermented taste. Other brands also can taste it more. This is more diluted. But brand is more convenient. Didn’t has any problem with leakage unlike other reviews.

I was interested in the dessert, but the staff were constantly on their phones and showed no intention of serving me. I decided to give up on buying it; the service was terrible.

I often come to this shop to buy sweet rice dumplings, and the taste is really good. The location is convenient, you can spot it immediately once you come down the escalator. I also signed up for a membership and enjoy some discounts. The first time I visited, two staff members, Wei Ting and Guo Ying, were very warm and friendly, and they actively introduced the different varieties to us. Unfortunately, on several subsequent visits, the staff were not very friendly or proactive, which was quite disappointing. In particular, a taller female staff member who wears glasses often looks unhappy and is especially rude when I come on Feb 11.
