Today I went to Chris's Place for Sunday lunch, it's no secret that Andy the chef there is very good and I was expecting a nice dinner. What can I say? The Sunday roast here is absolutely superb, myself and the missus both had the mixed meats roast and I've got to say, it was the best Sunday dinner I've had in a long time, certainly the best I've had in Udon. The meat was lovely and moist, the roast potatoes nice and crispy, the veg cooked exactly how I like them and a very nice Yorkshire pud to boot. The other bonus here was Fuller's London Pride on tap, I had a few to make sure I liked it and I'm happy to report that hit the mark too. Well done Andy and Chris, we had a wonderful lunch and we'll be back very soon. If you haven't tried this place yet I'd highly recommend you give it go.
