Chu Ramen Factory specializes in chicken. The white soup ramen uses whole chicken and has been simmered for five hours. Every bite has a very rich and sweet aroma of chicken soup, and even the lips will be sticky with the aroma of oil. On that day, we ordered the store’s signature clam chicken white soup ramen and the new flavor Yuxiang. The chicken white soup ramen and clam chicken white soup ramen have tender and plump clams, while the yuzu-flavored chicken white soup ramen has a light lime aroma and refreshing yuzu in the soup, making the chicken white soup more delicious.
