If you are looking for Taiwanese hospitality experience, this is not the place you would like to visit! Before I wrote this comment, I read what others wrote and I noticed “bad service” commonly mentioned by the writers. 1. The chef has no smile at all while her attitude was so rude to another group of customers 2. Waiter is lack of attention in collecting empty plates and serving tea 3. Receptionist is also not friendly So overall the experience is far below average and I always mentioned, no matter how good the food is, if the service is bad, customers will not return. While the food quality is really average like what someone said “entry level”. My friend told me other branches are not like this, since this is a chain, I recommend you to try other branches instead of this one Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,800–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
