We had our family lunch here on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year. The food itself was enjoyable and reflected the traditional Teochew flavors we expected, which made the occasion feel festive. However, the service left us disappointed. Despite pre-ordering our dishes, we waited over 30 minutes after the second course, and even after reminding the staff and manager, no explanation was given for the delay. The remaining dishes only arrived after almost 40 minutes, forcing us to rush through the meal. This really dampened the joy of our CNY celebration. While the cuisine is commendable, the service needs significant improvement. We hope the restaurant can address these issues so that future visits will match the quality of the food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

First visit here with office celebrating Chinese New Year. Most memorable dishes include their Yusheng which is not the typical yusheng we find outside and the pig trotter jelly (in the cold dish). Overall, the taste are great. The dessert was orh nee and because some of us dont eat that, we tried to order another dessert. However, it was close to their break time and the request was outrightly rejected. There is no need to cook a dessert from scratch,isn't it just scoop and serve? That's my first thought but I might be very wrong. While I understand that it is common practise to have breaks in Chinese restaurant, I personally think it would have been nice if they obliged. I guess we have to accept that such is the service mindset locally. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
