【タイトル】 【唯一無二の牡蠣の旨味と極太麺】至福の一杯を五反田で / [Unparalleled Oyster Umami & Thick Noodles] A Blissful Bowl in Gotanda 【レビュー本文】 訪問のきっかけ： 五反田エリアで圧倒的な人気を誇る名店「中華蕎麦 無冠」さん。ずっと気になっていた「特製牡蠣塩ラーメン」を求めて足を運びました。 ️ いただいたもの： ・特製牡蠣塩ラーメン： 一口目から牡蠣の濃厚な旨味と磯の香りがガツンと広がるスープに衝撃！そこに合わさるのが、意外にもムチムチとした平打ちの極太縮れ麺。戸越の系列店「むかん」の細麺も最高ですが、この力強い太麺が牡蠣の風味豊かなスープと驚くほどよく絡みます。途中で牡蠣ペースト（アヒージョ風）や卓上のぶどう山椒を合わせると味が引き締まり、最後まで飽きることなく思わず完食・完飲してしまいました。 雰囲気・使い勝手： 店内はカウンター6席のみと、かなりこぢんまりとした隠れ家的な空間です。席の後ろも狭めですが、サクッと美味しいラーメンに没頭するには十分。一人でも気兼ねなく入りやすい雰囲気で、店主さんの手際の良い調理を目の前で見られるのもカウンターならではの醍醐味です。 メモ： ・決済は入って左手の券売機で【現金のみ】です。電子マネー等は使えないのでご注意を。 ・メニューは基本的に「特製牡蠣塩」などワンメニューに絞られていることが多いです。 ・現在は予約不要ですが、お昼時や夕食時は店外に行列ができることも多いので、少し時間をずらすとスムーズに入れます。 ---. Reason for Visit:. I visited "Chuka Soba Mukan," a highly acclaimed ramen shop in Gotanda that used to operate strictly by reservation. Hearing that walk-ins are now welcome, I finally went to try their famous Special Oyster Salt Ramen. ️ What I Had: ・Special Oyster Salt Ramen:. From the very first sip, the soup hits you with a rich, concentrated oyster umami and the scent of the ocean! What surprised me was the thick, chewy, flat curly noodles. While the thin noodles at their affiliated shop "Mukan" in Togoshi are great, these powerful thick noodles pair perfectly with the flavorful oyster soup. Mixing in the oyster paste (ajillo-style) and the Japanese grape sansho pepper from the counter sharpens the taste, making it so addictive that I finished every last drop! Atmosphere & Experience:. The shop is quite compact, featuring only 6 counter seats, giving it a cozy, hideaway vibe. It's a bit narrow behind the seats, but it's perfectly fine for a quick and satisfying ramen run. It's very welcoming for solo diners, and you get a front-row view of the chef's efficient cooking. Tips: ・Payment is **cash only** via the ticket machine on the left as you enter. ・The menu is often simplified to just one main dish, like the Special Oyster Salt Ramen. ・Reservations are no longer required, but be prepared for a line outside during peak lunch and dinner hours.
