I hate to do this, but this was one of my worst food experiences in Hong Kong. Started off by making a request for a lunch item that is still stocked on the menu, I said I would he ok paying for a dinner plate for it. They said no. Fine. Then I ordered the Chicken Sandwich. Avoid. Limited flavor and drowned in a mayo sauce. Nothing like the picture on the menu. They charged me extra for a side of fries even though fries are depicted in the picture on the menu. Next, no water, they only sell extremely large bottles not meant for one person. I mentioned to the staff that I was unhappy with the sandwich and wanted to try another item, I ordered one of the chicken bites. Again, not good, overly bready, not fully cooked. I requested the check, shared the experience politely with the server, they felt bad but still charged me for everything. He asked me if it was my first time there, I said yes, put that it would be my last. The server felt bad, but still rang me up for the entire bill. I think this is a management issue but there are so many great restaurants in Hong Kong that this is a clear and obvious skip. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $250–300

An absolute clown show of a restaurant. It should be called Circus, not Chullschick. I had made a booking for 6:00 p.m. a full week in advance to celebrate a birthday. However, on the day of the reservation, the restaurant called to inform us that we would need to arrive at 5:30 p.m. and leave by 7:00 p.m. to accommodate another group. It was clear that this last-minute group—likely larger and booked on short notice—had taken priority, and we were effectively pushed out. As a result, we had to scramble to find another restaurant last minute. Frankly, no level of food quality can make up for such blatant disrespect for customers. This wasn’t a scheduling mix-up—it was a clear decision to prioritise profit over integrity. If you value reliability, respect, or even basic professionalism, steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other restaurants that deserve your business more. Service: 1
