Maratang ( and mala xiang guo) are a huge food trend in Korea. About a year ago so many popped up and they all did little to distinguish themselves. But that has little to do with the way it's cooked but more to do with the dish itself. It's a strong flavored dish, which makes it polarizing. The strong flavor also leaves little room for subtle differences. With that said, this shop does alright. Nothing too special. It is funny to see Korea's lack of copyright laws. It's a fair price for a great dish, but this restaurant does little reinvent mala. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩1–10,000
