2024年11月14日 木曜日 22:00 並びはほぼありませんでしたが、店内は満席に近かったです。 ちょっとおしゃれな感じの魯肉飯（ルーロー飯）のお店です。 初めにカウンターで注文し、支払いを済ませて席に着きます。食後はセルフで食器を返却します。 鮮味蛤蜊燉雞湯 85元 魯肉飯 ＋10元 スープにセットでルーロー飯が10元でつけられます。想像以上に美味しいルーロー飯で驚きました。スープも具沢山で美味しかったです。また来ます。ご馳走様でした。. I experienced a delicious journey of taste buds at this impressive Chunfa braised pork rice specialty store. First, the overall environment of the store feels clean and creative, which takes the dining experience to the next level. The decoration and atmosphere in the store seemed to lead me to the highest realm of Taiwanese cuisine. The peeled chili chicken soup here amazes me even more. The soup is mellow, fragrant, and filled with a fusion of various spices. Every sip of the soup made me feel the chef's careful cooking. The slight spiciness of the chili peppers brought a thrill, and the meat of the chicken was red, tender and translucent, making this soup the highlight of the entire meal. The braised pork rice is the signature of this restaurant. The braised pork rice itself is rich in juice, and every grain of rice seems to be melted in the marinade, which melts in your mouth. The meat is tender, juicy and rich in taste, which is really unforgettable. Coupled with the rice carefully selected by the store, every bite is full of satisfaction. Overall, this braised pork restaurant not only provided delicious food, but also gave me a wonderful dining experience. Here, I felt the unique flavor of Taiwanese food.
