Chung Min Jeong (제주갈치 충민정). I booked through the hotel’s help as it was the closest option. It’s best to reserve ahead of time because the restaurant is quite small. The food was delicious and comparable to the well-known hairtail/beltfish spot. They also offer deboned fish.
