Chwiyang is that rare find that feels like your own secret dining spot. We tried the omakase and it was genuinely memorable. The crab was particularly stunning—cooked with a special method that really deepened its natural sweetness. I learned that many other dishes were crafted using a specific aging technique, which gave them a uniquely rich and complex flavor. The dry-aged beef was, of course, spectacular. Each course was thoughtfully paired with traditional liquor, making the experience feel both special and authentic. What really made the evening stand out was the wonderful service and the chef’s friendly yet professional approach. You can tell he puts real thought into every detail.
