1年ぶりのランチタイム再訪でしたが、サービススタッフの質が全く変わっていて大変残念です ・追加料金がかかる水、ドリンク変更（カプチーノ等）についての説明が一切なく、しれっと追加料金が上乗せされていた ・水もドリンクもこちらから声をかけないとサーブしてくれなかった ・自分の携帯を触っている暇があるなら、デザートと一緒にドリンクサーブしてほしい ・自分の携帯を触っている暇があるなら、客の水が無くなっているのを気付いてほしい お料理は最高なのに本当に残念. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

かなり人気店のようで、週末ディナーはほぼ満席！ウエイターさんは感じ良いですが、忙しすぎてなかなか回ってなさそうでした。頼んでも飲み物などこなかったり他の方へ再度頼み直しました。お料理はどれも美味しい！ランチもされてるようなので、次回はパスタ食べたいです。

This is the 2nd visit to Cibo Italiano for both my wife and I. Being a weekday lunchtime, and raining to boot, the restaurant was rather empty except for 1 other occupied table. It would have been really pleasant if the diners at the table behind us didn't talk so loudly. We had the Calamari as starters, followed by the Fruitti De Mare Pasta and Diavola Pizza. On both our visits there, we ordered the Calamari. Previously, the Calamari was cut in rings, but today, it came in smaller strips. Frankly, we prefer the ring cuts as it p more bite and chew as compared to the smaller strips. How about bringing back the ring cut Calamari? Hahaha.. The Pizza was nice but the highlight for us was the Frutti De Mare Pasta. It was al dente and delicioso. To end our lovely lunch, we were served a lovely dessert of a Tiramisu. Thanks, Andrew for ending our meal on a sweet note. We would also like to give special mention to the wait staff, Lukas. From the moment we sat down, he thanked us many times for patronising the restaurant, for his attentiveness and speed in service. He was always near and always checking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Never saw him without a smile on his face. Two words, "excellent service". Thanks also to Joseph the Manager.
