ターミナル21の地下食品売り場にあり、シナモンロール専門のお店です。初めて銀座で食べてからファンになった。単独では超甘いのでブラックコーヒーと一緒がベストマッチ。

I went there 50 minutes before the shop closed, and no one was there. I was expecting a few leftovers cause i was craving cinnamon rolls, but the whole shop was closed. no employees or cinnamon rolls left. what kind of employees are you hiring? what shop closes 50 minutes before their actual closing time?! do better, im so disappointed. it’s a disgrace to an international brand, this would never happen back in my home country. I just wasted my gas to get all the way here to leave with NOTHING. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady attending is very rude, her “short” break was really too long. She actually sitting beside talking with a friend of her, paying no atention to the store Then, she left with the friend she was talking with, leaving the store alone and unattended Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
