What a wonderful experience at Clarence. The cuisine is truly refined, with dishes that combine exceptional quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Every plate was beautifully executed and full of flavor. The wine list is also outstanding, offering a remarkable selection that perfectly complements the menu. A special thank you to Clément, the director, whose warm hospitality made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The entire team was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is elegant, intimate, and discreet, making it the perfect place for both business dinners and memorable evenings with friends. Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic experience. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!
