We had the best private dining session with Chef David: - Food was great, featuring scallops and halibut cooked to perfection - Chef is so generous in imparting his cooking tips, experiences, and stories. Chef David creates a super chill atmosphere and serves fun stories. Food is excellent, wide variety of techniques and masterful pan sear. Definitely dining again. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Popped by Cloud Nine Private Dining’s 1-day pop-up at New Bahru. Chef David’s specially curated menu to celebrate their 5-yr anniversary was well-balanced. The chicken rice was both comforting and creative, paired beautifully with the tangy jackfruit achar. The cold tofu with century egg was light yet flavorful, and the hearty soup rounded off the meal perfectly. Comforting, yet inventive! Truly enjoyed the food and company.
