I visited Club Espresso in Buam-dong, a place famous for its Moon Blend. The Moon Blend lived up to its reputation for having a stable and well-balanced profile, famously known as the preferred choice of former President Moon Jae-in. The harmonious mix of four different beans delivered a gentle, nutty flavor without being overpowering, serving as a textbook example of a well-made House Blend(House Blend). In contrast, the Ethiopia Sidamo offered a refreshing burst of floral notes and vibrant acidity, providing a delightful alternative to the more robust blended options. Since the shop excels at highlighting the unique characteristics of each bean, it is a must-visit for anyone who prefers Drip Coffee. The tranquil and relaxed atmosphere of Buam-dong blends perfectly with the rich aroma of coffee inside the shop, making the overall experience highly satisfying.
