My Go-To Spot for a Legendary Fix! Cô Thành in Basehall has been my reliable go-to for authentic Vietnamese flavors. Even though it's been open a while, the quality is consistently fantastic—it’s where I come to get my Lunch Lady fix right here in Hong Kong. The PHỞ TÁI BĂM broth is always rich and satisfying, and bites like the BÒ LÁ LỐT and NEM NƯỚNG never miss. Perfect for a quick, delicious, and genuinely flavorful meal. So glad this gem is here! 0 stars if I could. There’s bad pho and then there’s Co Thanh @ Basehall. The noodles are broken (looks like 2 noodles used or scraps from end of packet) and the beef is a an over cooked patty (not remotely rare like described in menu). Salty broth and a grand $130. Beware
