ベトナム料理が大好きでよく食べますが、ここのベトナム料理は伝統的な味付けではなく香港向けに味付けを変えたもののように感じました。値段も場所柄高めです。スタッフの方はフレンドリーでよかったです。. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–250

I had a highly disappointing lunch experience at Cô Thành Restaurant in Pacific Place, Admiralty, and feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite making a reservation, we were still required to wait outside for about 5 minutes, with no clear signage or guidance on where to queue, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration from the start. The most unacceptable part of the experience came during the meal. The restaurant enforces a strict one-hour dining limit, which is fine if communicated clearly and managed professionally. However, after queuing and being seated, we had barely finished our food—around 30-40 minutes into the meal—when the staff began repeatedly interrupting us. The waiter and waitress approached our table 3-4 times, asking if we had paid the bill and pointedly mentioning that other customers were waiting outside. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude, as we were still well within the allocated dining time and simply enjoying our drinks after the meal. Paying for a meal should include a pleasant dining experience, not feeling rushed or harassed by staff. The food itself was decent, but the poor service overshadowed any positives. I strongly urge Cô Thành to provide better training for their staff on customer service and time management. Rushing customers who are still within their dining window is unacceptable and detracts from the overall experience. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to improve, as I won’t be returning unless significant changes are made.
