Had a wonderful meal here! The food was delicious, portions were generous, and every dish tasted freshly prepared. The service team was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Definitely a spot I’ll return to and recommend to friends! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is nice and the live band has great music but the staff have no common sense at all. Orders need to be done through scanning a QR code but there is no procedure to confirm the orders. So when I tried to order another drink after my dinner, the system screwed up and reordered one of my mains. The staff made no attempt to clarify why there were 2 orders of the same dish and just appeared with the dish saying I can't cancel it. I am so disappointed by the service. This place didn't use to be like this! Food: 5 Price per person: $70–80

I seldom give reviews, but Coastal Acoustic really deserves one. The Coastal Grill Chicken was juicy and flavourful, and the Pork Knuckle was perfectly crispy so good for sharing. We also tried the oysters at only $2 each fresh, shiok, and confirm worth every bite! The vibe there is super chill, pet-friendly, cozy, and got live acoustic music that makes the whole evening feel special. Their promos are also very attractive, like the National Day deal !!! $60 for one big pork knuckle + 2 Coastal Beers. Honestly, can’t find such value easily in Singapore. Service was warm and welcoming, and everything just felt so enjoyable from start to finish. No wonder they won Bistro of the Year 2024, totally well-deserved! I’ll definitely be back again with friends. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed and heart-warming review especially since you seldom give reviews. We truly appreciate it! We’re thrilled that you loved the Coastal Grill Chicken, Pork Knuckle, and of course our $2 oysters — “fresh and shiok” is exactly what we aim for! It’s great to hear that our chill, pet-friendly ambience and live acoustic music made your evening extra special too. We’re also really happy you enjoyed our promos, including the National Day deal, we love creating good value for our guests, and your recognition means a lot to us. Thank you as well for the shout-out on the Bistro of the Year 2024 award, it’s an honour, and guests like you are the reason we keep striving to improve. We can’t wait to welcome you and your friends back again soon for more good food, good vibes, and good music! Coastal Acoustic Team
